T.E.A.M. Equals a Many Words – My Choices Are Suited for Successes

The word team is a word that creates an acronym worthy of many words, likely equal in meaning but for me. the “T” represents the trust that builds between team members sharing in a common purpose. Once trust goes away, team members struggle to build on successes. Furthermore, trust builds an environment that feels safe, secure, and fulfilling to each member of a team.
The letter “E” speaks volumes about the environment where team members manage their successes daily. A toxic environment that feels fearful is a typical result stemming from a lack of trust. Compassion and honesty are leading tools to build team members into a culture worthy of happiness. We all need to feel good about our relationships at work. The actions of team members exhibiting accountability can be a huge factor that drives better attitudes, outcomes, and behaviors overall.
The “A” demands a lot of respect from a team member’s peers. To prove accountable in the face of adversities and challenges means that a commitment to the team’s successes elevate the outcomes. The grade for a job well done is an “A+” for those seeking reward, but a truer team effort seeks the reward – quality.
In finishing my observation about what makes a great team, it is the “M” that highlights the most important factor of all – membership. To belong to a team means that you are a part of valuable, a link in a chain reaction, or a caring deliverer of efforts made for the benefit of a team as a whole.
Members of a T.E.A.M. don’t exclude themselves and hold membership to a greater esteem. Feeling like a member of a team can lift one’s spirits and lead to even greater potentials in life.
Trust that you belong to an environment that demands accountability. Show up every day and earn a membership on a team that leaves better expectations in your personal and professional perspectives. Be a part of something made special – be a part of a T.E.A.M!
